Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of recruiting related experience preferably gained with both executive search firms and corporate multinationals or professional services
- Demonstrated success in leading senior stakeholders to hire and nurture high performing early and mid career professionals across industries
- Proficiency with CRM, systems and tools with high levels of data integrity
- Track record of adherence to highest professional and ethical standards
- Discernment and strong problem-solving ability
- Comfort with change and ambiguity
- Exposure to multiple and diverse cultures
Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our Middle East talent acquisition team. This team manages the delivery of exceptional talent to the firm through cultivation and attraction to assessment and selection.
You will have the flexibility to balance between working from office and home locations.What You'll Do
You will drive our senior hire strategy in partnership with our practices and recruiting leadership.
In this role, you will be a thought partner and coach to stakeholders on attraction and assessment topics. You will keep abreast of market advancements and firm needs to ensure the best talents are hired and integrated into the firm. You will be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle, from market mapping and sourcing to offer cultivation. You will translate profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and cultivate candidate interest, guiding stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, with distinctive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
You will have the freedom to try new ideas and you will constantly learn and grow with a strong emphasis on mentorship, apprenticeship and continuous refinement of your craft.
