IT Manager
Job Description
Our client, a leader in the delivery of IT services and solutions across Qatar and the world is looking for its next IT Manager.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT
- Manage IT staff by recruiting
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security, application and infrastructure fields
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
You Qualifications :
- Min 15 years of experience heading the corporate IT Manager role with a complex IT infrastructure (Applications, Security, Multiple Locations, and Infrastructure )
- Must have great communication skills including presentation skills
- Must have led a large corporate IT Team implementing the latest technologies, spearheading large IT Transformation, technology enablement
- Strategic thinker ensuring Business Continuity from a Business and Technology standpoint
