Our Client
Currently hiring for a leading provider of technology services and solutions in Qatar
Your responsibilities
To develop and proactively sell existing & new services & solutions into existing & new business/industry verticals related to Cloud Services
To position new business opportunities and to secure Cloud Services solutions and services (sales) for Company within the Qatar Market via professional face to face representation & company/solution offering presentations.
To support the Sales (go-to-market) business strategy, built & agreed with the Business Heads, GM BD on clear sales execution plans & target revenue objectives
To build strong business relationships within existing & new industry sector client & prospective accounts
To progress new & identified targeted sales prospects into solution/services opportunities & revenues on a quarterly basis.
To work closely with the Cloud Services Director & GM BD or Sales Partner/Channel Manager to introduce new cloud services & solutions that meet the niche needs of client projects.
To record & keep updated on a weekly basis all such revenue opportunities in the company's salesforce (sales planning) system.
To meet on a weekly basis with the Cloud Services Director, GM BD to plan & monitor all the above activities to support Company meeting its clear annual growth goals & strategic objectives. There is significant creative opportunity within the role, collaborating with the customer and your colleagues.
Support the sales execution strategy, annual sales target & planning – to support Company's Business Development go-to-market execution objectives.
To satisfy the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in all dealings with Company's employees, customers and partners.
Meet performance objectives in line with the company objectives and ensure that weekly review of the sales opportunities against target performance of the Business Development division are tracked and managed to meet personal sales targets.
Collaborate with the GM BD & internal Business Unit Management stakeholders (when directed/when necessary) to meet personal sales growth plans.
Ensure that personal Key Sales Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales are met and exceeded. To take proactive actions necessary to ensure that sales targets are met.
Responsible to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through the sales cycle from initial interactions, pre-sales through to the implementation, delivery & closure stages of the project in a manner that is balanced and does not financially affect Company.
Your Qualifications
8 to 10 years of relevant experience with a global: cloud service provider, Technology delivery / Solutions provider or System Integrators
Need to have prior relevant cloud services experience across sectors, preferably with Government and Public Sector enterprises and in BD and Sales
Technical Experience: Cloud Advisory: readiness assessment, Azure framework/ governance implementation
Migration services: migration of VMs, Software, Applications, Data
Platform services: Cloud platform development, PaaS integration/ implementation, maintenance
Infrastructure services: Managed infra. Services: Servers, storage, networks
