We have an opportunity for an Sr Manufacturing Support Supervisor within our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions Team in KSA.
Sr Manufacturing Support Supervisor Responsibilities
.Maintain and generate records in line with Quality Action Plan
.Capture Customer PPM, analyse root cause and drive resolution through RCA-CA-PA
.Monitor and improve process capability & Support HOS Deployment
.own the Compliance to requirement of product certification audits by customer & third party
.Validation of Test Set Up
.Check and monitor the safety, civilized production, and process discipline at the production site.
.Be responsible for the implementation of post skill training for employees.
.Be responsible for performance assessment of production line employees.
.Attendance of production line personnel and management of labor protection appliances.
.Be responsible for the normal implementation of the production plan.
.Coordinate the normal supply of materials to ensure accurate delivery on daily basis.
.Organize production level meeting to solve production problems quickly.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge
Qualified with hands-on in production lines and manufacturing environment
Required Licenses, Accreditations / clearances / statutory requirements
Education / Qualifications BA/ Diploma Quality Engineering or equivalent
5-7 years overall experience in quality production filed and 3 y at least in managing people
