- Undergraduate degree or equivalent preference for graduate degree
- 8+ years of communications practitioner experience
- Expertise in project management

Who You'll Work With
You will work in one of our US or European office as part of our Global Communications team within the Reach & Engagement (R&E) function. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the function, helping to accelerate the impact of this growing function. You'll build strong relationships with and work together with the global Reach & Engagement leadership team, including numerous senior leaders.What You'll Do
You will lead the operational strategy, act as a strategic thought partner and engage with leaders across the Reach & Engagement function.
In this role, you will support the operationalization of the strategic agenda and key initiatives, prioritizing, and defining near and long-term goals. You will lead knowledge transfer and codification of best practices to upskill and professionalize colleagues. You will convene leadership and associated groups to drive initiatives forward through to implementation, help increase cross-sub function cooperation at all levels. Additionally, you will identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and implement opportunities to improve. You will shape and drive change management efforts, holding global teams accountable.
Partnering with Talent & HR leadership, you will define and execute talent agenda and people priorities identify and build out new organizational capabilities required in the function activate on people situations as needed, bringing in appropriate teams outside the function. You will design and manage the central team budget, resourcing needs and FTE allocations alongside the Strategy & Operations manager. You will advise the function on key areas of investment. Serving as a thought partner to the team, you will keep the practitioner lens and expertise top of mind.
You will serve as a thought partner to the Reach & Engagement community, accelerate cycle times by understanding operational challenges and trying to unlock them, and coach and mentor new Reach & Engagement leaders. You will collaborate on global Reach & Engagement initiatives on priorities, ensuring cohesion across teams and efforts. You will support the Partner of Global Communications Reach & Engagement on ad hoc requests.
