- Performs moderately difficult to complex administrative tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit. May support a customer team. Responsibilities may include supervision, performance management and work assignments for administrative personnel.
- Compiling information and preparation of moderately complex documentation (reports, correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) including the preparation, formatting, approval and distribution.
- Coordinates meetings and logistical details for the project, department or business unit, including travel, off-site meetings and audio-visual requirements. May attend meetings, record minutes, coordinate catering requests, set-up and clean-up of boardrooms.
- Organization and prioritization of assignments and taking initiative to follow through on pending items. Makes recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Distribution and maintenance of hard-copy and electronic filing for reports, forms and other files. Ensure records are correctly filed and perform regular audits of files for adherence to project records management procedures.

Previous administrative experience in a professional business environment
Industry Specific Experience:
