Position – Senior Project Manager
Location – Jeddah
Our client is one of the leading multidiscipline design firms in the middle east with a diverse portfolio of commercial, Institutional, residential, hospitality, health care and urban projects.
The Client is seeking a Senior project manger with a strong PMO background
Job responsibilities
- Actively seeks new opportunities for work
- Maintains a regular list of contacts for possible future work
- Completes assigned tasks to support sales efforts
- Participates in interview and RFP process for new work
- Assists estimating with bidding for future assigned projects
- Develops a thorough understanding of the details of the project
- Contacts subcontractors to solicit interested in project being bid
- Reviews final plans and estimate with estimator prior to submission
- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all required monthly project manager review reports and profitable on-time completion of the project
- Creates, reviews, negotiates, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information
- Performs project closeout walk throughs with the Project Director and Architect, collects all required closeout information and verifies all project punch list items are complete
- Effectively delegates tasks and duties to the project team, and ensures assignments are completed
Must be able to demonstrate the following skills
- Leadership and business management skills
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
- Able to use your initiative
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Must have the following requirements to be considered
- Must have PMO background
- Minimum of 20 years experience
- Degree in engineering/Construction/Architecture
