الوصف الوظيفي
- Experience in travel bookings, Processes reservations, visas etc.
- Certified in IATA approved system like: Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus, Sabre etc.
- Documenting planned and completed staff travels
- Making inquiries with agents and travel providers to determine the best possible travel schedules and cost-effective prices.
- Ensuring that proper internal approvals are in place before any travel is booked.
- Identifying efficiencies that could be obtained by altering the Company’s current travel policies and booking practices.
- Answering travel-related queries from colleagues or management.
- Performing analysis on the travel data being captured to determine such things as the average number of staffs traveling per month, average ticket prices, etc.
- Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport terminal
المهارات
To be successful for this role you must have minimum 2 years of experience in same field.
Candidates should be currently in UAE
