You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Team Leader – Reservations is responsible to assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and working closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Qualifications
- Ideally, with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years work experience in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation.
- Good problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
- Schedule flexibility is necessary and the ability to multi-task
- Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
