• Collaborate with other software developers, business analyst, architect and the project manager to implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
• Integrate the existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
• Work in an agile environment and implementing using agile techniques.
• Fixing issues.
• Checking and replying to feedback.
• Monitoring of daily jobs.
• Monitoring servers health.
• Co-ordinating with different IT/ Business teams.
• Technical Document of codes implemented.
• Functional Specification Document.
• Maintain the source code and versioning.
• Bugs and Issues documentation.
• Provide updates on the weekly deliverables.
• Final software to be delivered.
