These are your detailed responsibilities:
.Responsible for Driving Market Share within LENA
.Accountable for distributor sell in and sell thru management
.Driving end consumer promotions, retail visibility and Wholesale management
.Annual Sell in revenue and Market Share
.Distributor reach and coverage with product availability
.Retail Execution as per defined regional guidelines
Organization
You will report to Head of Sales supporting customers in LENA. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.


What you'll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of smartphone sales experience in the region required. North Africa & Africa experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-channel environment like independent retail, Organized Retail, Wholesale and operators.
  • Strong portfolio understanding and competition landscape.
  • Exceptional retail execution understanding with eye for details
  • English and Arabic required.
  • Managed both distributor and retailers from end-to-end business management perspective
