Should possess aggressive Hunting ability along with Business Development & Direct Sales exposure and should have a good view of the competitive landscape. Should have complete understanding of the entire sales cycle from identification to pitching to bidding to negotiating to contracting to closure and collection with an eye towards target achievement across Order booking, Revenue, Margins & Collections.
