This meticulous and proactive individual will assist in overseeing all facets of the hygiene and food safety of the hotel. Making sure that all medical and food handlers certification is in place for the colleagues to handle food and beverage.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5. luxury hotel, and display strong traits in the following areas:
- Proven track record in managing lifestyle luxury hotels and or high-end restaurants
- Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast pace environments
- An inspirational, caring, and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A relentless and infectious passion for training and hands-on operational work
- A sound pre-opening experience in hotel operations is advantageous
