Our client are pioneering the transformation of the Saudi Tourism and leisure market
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the marketing strategy including public relations, social media, organizing events, creating campaigns, activations, website management, and trade marketing to drive brand equity and achieve key budget objectives.
- Create, prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.
- Act as the brand Ambassador through driving the brand identity, and compliance for the brand to ensure alignment, and brand promotion in all marketing and business mediums.
- Supervise the planning and execution of the creative campaigns plans for the brands and ensuring the delivery of the ROI on all campaign actions.
- Lead and promote the use of metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Influences digital strategy within the organisation in terms of its impact on structure, culture and strategic plans
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, such as events, campaigns, web pages and promotional material.
- Propose new initiatives and communications plans through researching trend ideas and competitors activities.
- Articulate the desired guest experience to drive loyalty and the potential for guest advocacy. In addition, for guests to visit our activations/ destinations repeatedly.
- Manage the development of activations/destination locations photo and video shoots through strong coordination with the agencies to deliver on the plan and meet targets.
- Monitor performance of the assigned marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with brand standards, customers feedback and to improve the Return on Investment (ROI).
- Develop and expand relationships with the community and wider public to explore new collaboration opportunities, revenue streams and partnership opportunities where relevant
- Manage the team performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisal, coaching, knowledge transfer
- Develop the department SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, structure, and SLAs to ensure the effectiveness and standardization of the operations
Your Qualifications:
- University Degree in marketing, sales or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct marketing
- Similar work experience as Head of Marketing.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Exposure in B2C is preferred
- Focus on product development and packaging entertainment offerings is preferred.
- Expertise in entertainment, tourism, adventure and recreation, immersion travel, and/or extreme sports is preferred.
- English (Fluent) and Arabic (Working knowledge)
