Jobs & Responsibilities:
. Responsible for request cheque deposits, withdrawals.
. Responsible for handling all requested cash, petty cash, salary cash, keeping balance cash in office safe box.
. Responsible for safe key.
. Responsible for receiving cash deposit receipt from sales departments against cleared time sheet or invoice.
. Responsible for handling prepaid card and making online transactions.
. Responsible for timely updating of account transaction.
. Maintaining records, filing and documentation.
. Responsible for releasing supplier payments by cash or cheque
. Checking offer letter of employee appointed,
. Responsible for making follow ups for outstanding receivables.
. Payroll preparation, leave salary, final settlement, employee insurance.
. Quarterly VAT submission, updating entry in software, maintaining all company data
. Monthly report of expense and incomes.
. Co-ordination with MD and avoid delaying work for any department
. Should work all-Around.
