NES is looking forSAP Functional Consultant – FICO. Work location is Dhahran – Saudi Arabia

SAP FICO Consultant is responsible to design, model, configure, and implementing SAP ERP software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. Analyze business processes & systems processes and recommend improvements.
The SAP FICO consultant will support the implementation of the S/4HANA system and rollouts working closely with our SAP consulting vendor, process owners, and key users in the company on the design of new rollouts, data migration, user training, and support go-lives.
Education / Qualifications:
. Bachelor's / Master's Degree or equivalent experience
Certifications
. SAP FICO certification
Relevant Experience – Minimum:
. Must have 3-5 Years of implementation experience with S4 HANA Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO module).
. Must have strong functional experience in SAP FICO
. Experience with preparing functional specifications documents, executing test cycles, cutovers, go-live, and providing user training and documentation.
. Should be able to analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and maintain data mapping documents of interfaces & conversions.
. Good understanding of cross-functional integration of modules FI-MM FI- SD
. Must be skilled in user support, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
. Strong written and communication skills able to interact with functional consultants as well
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the solution design, configuration, new rollouts, testing, and maintenance of the SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules with a focus on FICO sub- module Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash and Bank Accounting, GL Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, and Closing Activities.
. Responsible for working with business users to gather business requirements for system changes and to develop solutions as per the changing business needs.
. Responsible for analyzing the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems.
. Responsible for preparing blueprint documents, and documenting system changes as per the change control policies and procedures.
. Review current finance and accounting business processes to determine where automation/improvements will drive efficiency. Identify process inefficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions, and train end-users
. Experience in FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM)
. Knowledge of SAP – BPC (Consolidation), MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity), SWIFT, Interfaces with banks, external parties, the transmission of payment files, acknowledgments, etc.
. Working self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to other team membersas business partners.
