Is a large global technology business and they are looking for a Researcher to join their team in Saudi Arabia
Your Responsibilities
- Conductethnographic customer research to uncover the unique experiences of a defined customer segment.
- Activities will include face to face interviews, development of customer personas, compilation of aggregated report of insights and supporting the playback of outcomes tokey client stakeholders.
- Responsible for using a variety of research methodologies to develop customer insights for brand experiences and communications that are highly interactive for web, mobile and other digital applications.
- Techniques may include ethnographic research, generative research, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing.
- Interprets and analyzes research data, mining it for relevant information often holds a technical or statistical background, analytical skills, and experience in user research.
Your Qualifications
- 2 + years as a Researcher
- Ability to work under pressure, manage client expectations effectively
- Ability to get the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
- Ability to facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
