Our Client
A high growth luxury lifestyle experiences company have a newly created opportunity for an Investment & Strategy Director to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA.
Your Responsibilities

• Develop the group's strategy and investment plans through alignment with the business direction and competition.
• Liaising with consulting firms and banks, providing market insights to ensure optimal capital structure.
• Collaborate with due diligence team (Insource or Outsourced) to ensure the accuracy of the presented economics.
• Lead the investment activities including roadshow exercise, Initial Public Offering (IPO), merger, divestment etc to ensure smooth Merger & Acquisition transactions.
• Manage the group funds including debt/loans or equity through collaboration with top management & banks to ensure optimal capital structure for the company and maximize the group returns.
• Set the hurdle rates for company's investments based on the market performance and competitors to ensure profitability and proper return on investment.
• Set the KPIs and the performance measures for the team through cascading down the group strategy to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy & to drive clarity for team's performance.
• Prepare and present periodic reports relevant to strategy execution or investment management to the concerned stakeholders or investors to communicate the progress and recommendations.

Your Qualifications

• At least 7 years of management in a similar investment position
• Demonstrated ability to raise funds, structure deals, maintain bankable financial models and set a robust strategy for companies.
• Advanced presentation and advanced financial modelling.
• Arabic speaker would be advantageous
