Team Member Restaurant Supervisor – Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha

Job Description

A Team Member Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the Team Member Restaurant operationsto deliver an excellent Team Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing
A Team Member Restaurant Supervisor will also be required to operate the Team Member Restaurant, and manage, train, & develop team members and work withinbudgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage the Team Member Restaurant operation, reporting to the Team Member Restaurant Manager
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
  • Manage Team Member concerns and queries in a timely, polite and efficient manner
  • Support the budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Follow the departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Receive feedback on Team Member satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement, reporting to the TM Restaurant Manager
  • Be environmentally aware and follow heart of house requirements as per Hilton standards
  • Organize together with the HR Department, special events and activities at the Team Member Restaurant
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
