Signaling Manager based in Neom
Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to be hired as a Signaling Manager based in Neom,
Neom is Saudi Arabia's flagship business and tourism development on the Red Sea coast and a central project in the 2030 Vision outlining the kingdom's plans to diversify the economy.
Responsible for reviewing the signaling documents during the different stages of the project (procurement, manufacturing, detailed design, execution documents, acceptance test procedures (factory & on site)).
Follow up the installation, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for the signaling works
Attending the software tests for the interlocking signaling system.
Responsible to attend the technical workshop or meeting for the signaling activities with the client and the contractor.
Participate in solving the technical issues.
Participate to claim, change process.
Ensure consistency in the signaling rules & principles between the different projects
Transfer of know-how and training of new staff in Signalling team.
Participate in managing and solving the interface issues between Signalling and other works (Tracks, Civil.)
Monitor the work progress of the signaling systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
10 Years of overall experience in Signaling and Systems
5+ Years in Rail/Metro Industry in Signaling Discipline
English proficiency required, Arabic is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Required Gulf experience mandatory.
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, often at a distance
Experience of living and working in the Middle East
