Andaz Doha is looking for an well established Sales Manager to collaboartively assist and capture the market in the pre-opening activities of the hotel's Sales. The property will feature 318 luxury rooms and suites, world class F&B venues, Event spaces and bespoke spa.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and ANDAZ brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in a similar role in reputable five star luxury hotels (preferably in GCC region), and who display strong traits in the following areas:
- Advanced knowledge of both sales and marketing functions with a minimum five years experience
- A dynamic team work style with superior communication, interpersonal and decision making skills
- An inspirational, caring and engaging team player with an infectious passion for coaching, mentoring and fostering collaboration
- Exceptional experienced in developing comprehensive marketing and public relations plans and initiatives, in support of all promotional activities for the hotel, the F&B venues and the SPA
