Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to be hired as a Rail Systems Director based in Neom,
Neom is Saudi Arabia's flagship business and tourism development on the Red Sea coast and a central project in the 2030 Vision outlining the kingdom's plans to diversify the economy.
The responsibilities of this role include
Leads a Rail Systems group across different locations.
Leader in one or more sub-disciplines (electrification; traction Power; signaling; communications; track; etc.) with a strong understanding of the systems integration.
Participates in strategic planning efforts to expand the Rail Systems team, with special focus on growing technical expertise.
Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- large- Rail Projects.
Approves and signs off on work.
Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large, complex projects.
Develops or expands innovation to deliver technical and operational excellence.
Externally recognized as a regional or national expert in one or more elements of their technical discipline.
Delivers effective communication inclusive of clients and team members to clarify expectations and requirements.
Proven track record of Rail Systems Engineering on major international programs, collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams (+15 years).
Subject Matter Expert at least in one of the following systems: OHLE; Traction Power or Signaling.
Experience with relevant international regulations and standards.
Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years experiences
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Railways) from a recognized University
experience in the Middle East
Skilled in verbal and written communication.
