Mobilization Specialist Lead
Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Mobilization Lead will partner with immigration team to develop competitive strategies to effectively and timely dispatch ALL-Outages resources for his/her sub-region
- To review and understand the contractual obligations for service delivery.
- To lead the development of the mobilisation plans, which reflects the Technical Services contract scope and agreed processes.
- This includes coordination with various departments for key deliverables
- HR- Manpower & Accommodation
- Demonstrable experience of successful contract mobilisation within a hard services Environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, often at a distance
- A recognized contract management/ Commercial qualification

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in GCC
