Executive Chef

Job Description

Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Chef for the Grand Hyatt Kuwait.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatt's purpose and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
As the Executive Chef you will also be responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable
Qualifications
The perfect match for this key position must be a candidate with a very seasoned professional experience in running volume and boutique operations alike. Ideally, you have worked in large, top-luxury hotels and are extremely creative, passionate, hands-on, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
