Our Client
A large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting new opportunity for a Strategy Financial Planning Manager to join their team.
Your Responsibilities

Work with multiple projects to understand their business, then translate these business cases into financial models and analysis that support decision-making.
Review and conduct market research and feasibility studies to ensure model assumptions are appropriate
Produce consolidated executive reports, showing a clear picture of the business case, highlighting all critical issues, recommending actions and measures
Collaborate with Corporate Finance so that financial models include required output and analysis for various types of funding structures and work to deliver funding strategies
Works closely with the central finance teams to ensure aligned financial planning and implementation across the business
Manage and coach junior team members and promotes an overall positive and creative team environment

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and Master's degree is highly desirable. A professional qualification such as ACA or CFA is also preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a Strategy firm or Investment bank or other relevant role
Experience in large scale real estate development projects is highly desirable
Highly analytical with a strong knowledge of financial modeling
Ability to undertake strategic thinking and application in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Leadership skills to manage junior staff and other stakeholders and produce superior results under challenging schedules
