Integration Engineer
Job Description
- 3+ years Technical Support experience in a Tech/FinTech company is an advantage
- Fluent with a web scripting language like PHP or C#
- Good knowledge in web technologies such as web servers, databases, and a general understanding of web applications functions.
- Excellent communicator in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with Android and iOS is a plus
- Ability to work in a customer-focused and target driven environment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, and Opencart is a plus
- Answer all merchants integration related questions, including but not limited to configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support
- Handle incidents as related to the integration (investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, time tracking, and analysis of incidents)
- Partner internally with Business Support, Sales, Software and Web Development to resolve issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or post-implementation support
- Inform Management on support issues that impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions
- Ability to multitask with multiple projects and integrations of key customers
- Maintain/update existing libraries/plugins used in integrations
