Our Client
A high growth luxury lifestyle experiences company have a newly created opportunity for a Financial Control Director to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA.
Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall success of the group by leading the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities and ensuring they are carried out efficiently
• Lead a team maintaining financial statements and reports through conducting continuous reviews to the ERP system, to provide top management insights on the business performance.
• Provide periodical financial performance reports to the concerned stakeholders (board & financial planning and budgeting team) to support the decision-making process.
• Oversee the Zakat operations including submission, filing, VAT etc. to ensure compliance with regulations of General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT).
• Participate in investments, new deals agreements, & arrangements of the different brands by submitting the financial data and review the accounting & Zakat terms fees to ensure accuracy and compliance of the accounting terms.
• Set the KPIs and the performance measures for the finance team through cascading down the group strategy to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy & to drive clarity for team's performance.

Your Qualifications

• CPA, CA or CMA qualification is essential. Bachelors degree in Accounting or MBA is also preferred.
• At least 10 years managerial experience in a similar group level financial controller role.
• Advanced Excel skillset, including financial modelling.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is essential
