Our client is a Training and Consulting company. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Create new business through existing and new clients
- Proactively provide clients learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests
- Hands-on experience in the design and development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs
- Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution, and review are met as per the clients needs
Preference:
- Arabic Speakers
- KSA Experience preferred
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
- Experience in selling Digital and E-Learning solutions
- A strong background in delivering towards revenue targets
