Business Development Manager

Job Description :
Our client is a Training and Consulting company. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of strategic client accounts
  • Create new business through existing and new clients
  • Proactively provide clients learning and development solutions as well as reactively respond to client requests
  • Hands-on experience in the design and development of training programs and initiatives in response to changing needs
  • Ensure the full learning cycle, curriculum design, development, execution, and review are met as per the clients needs

Preference:

  • Arabic Speakers
  • KSA Experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Experience with banking and finance clients and their learning needs
  • Experience in selling Digital and E-Learning solutions
  • A strong background in delivering towards revenue targets
