Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Training Specialist to join talabat's fast-growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player – comfortable working as a leader, supporting a team, and working closely with the Vendor Operations team to drive strategic initiatives forward across the region.
What's On Your Plate
- Oversee talabat training programs for partners, concepts, and kitchens via web-based, manuals, group sessions, training videos, gamified training, and how-to guides.
- Modify or create new training programs/manuals, reducing the need for heavy on the ground manpower.
- Constantly review training methods and results for improvements.
- Schedule and run training sessions of new content with country PIC
- Ensure concept launches on time
- Work with Graphic content developer on Virtual training tools, maximizing the output of content through modules delivered via talabat and 3rd party portals.
- Identify learning issues and adapt training methods to ensure high level of execution.
- Create monthly updates on associated KPI's
- Experience in F&B chains, retail, or franchised networks will be an added advantage
What Did We Order
- 1+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, designing training programs and workshops
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google tools and database software
- Bachelor's degree in education, Training, HR or related field
