We are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to support a newly established business unit. The Finance Manager will have the opportunity to build and expand the Financial Function of the business to the highest standard as per the local reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will work closely with various internal stakeholders, and be part of a high-growth business unit.
Responsibilities

Preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting as per the local laws and regulations

Perform local tax assessments, preparations, and reporting as per the local laws requirements and regulations

Manage the procedures, process controls, and account management for the business capital funding and loan agreements

Build and manage banking relationships for the business across local and international banks

Perform financial analytical reviews, revenue and budget management, and business financial reporting with internal stakeholders

Liaise with external auditors or internally with compliance/audit functions where needed

Take the lead on any finance-related functional requirements

Requirements

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration) is a must

Great knowledge of local accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus

6+ years experience in a relevant position in the financial or banking industry, fund management firms, trading firms, crypto firms, treasury/liquidity function or similar

Familiar with local laws and regulations of the financial and trading industry

Experienced and knowledgeable of accounting software, payroll procedures, and management systems

Independent, self-motivated, and have the spirit to expand the financial function of the business

Excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a global team across 3 continents
