One of the leading companies in the technology sector in GCC. Headquartered in Bahrain, the company offices expand to the Middle East and Europe.
They are currently looking for an Executive-Financial Planning and Analysis to the CEO to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive Support

  • Completes a Create and maintain daily Dash Board covering the technical and revenue aspects of the products.
  • Customize on demand performance and financial reports based on CDR database.
  • Customize on demand and quarterly routine reports as per TRA requirements.
  • Suggest and initiate statically proven reports to show the strength and weakness of the business products.
  • Construct and build automated reports delivery system.
  • Analyze and produce Costing and Profitability Reports on monthly basis.
  • Support Products Department in carrier relationship and monitoring
  • Provide assistance to the Billing team by maintaining an easily accessible accurate database
  • Assist the Products Manager with administrative and technical functions.
  • Generate reports as required by the Finance Manager.
  • Generate reports as requested by other Departments.
  • Prepare and issue monthly wholesale carrier invoices to Finance Department.
  • Assist Finance department in solving carrier payment related disputes

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS / Computer science.
  • Good accounting and finance background.
  • Fluency in one or more of database software like SQL Server 2005, Mysql, Microsoft Access.
  • Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and presentation applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, independent, flexible and demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively work with non-finance colleagues across the organization.
