Job Purpose:-
The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for bringing a smooth experience across all of our websites and mobile applications. This job will
also ensure that we are differentiating our digital experience against our peers in both the execution and usage of our tools.
A day in the life of the Digital Experience Specialist.
Build relationships with our clients to establish strong rapport and provide an exceptional digital customer experience
Utilize Google Analytics and Google Optimize to check for trends and ways to build optimization into the digital experience
Recommend ways for us to build efficiency and streamline our process to provide optimization
Educate internal team members about emerging optimization trends.
Job Accountabilities:-
Business Specifics:
Establishing solid relationships with our third-party vendors and provide project direction that leads to a successful conversion for new
and repeat customers
Running Google Analytics to pull performance insights across channels and recommend actionable ways through thought leadership for
third party tool optimization
Staying ahead of the curve on new and evolving best practices to then share findings with our team
Enhancing our customer experience by improving, identifying and prioritizing on-site optimizations
Looking for ways to compare and contrast data and customer feedback to optimize site navigation, identify areas of improvement and
also data gaps.
Work with our UX Designers to implement those changes.
Performing A/B testing with Google Optimize and utilize findings to make data-driven decisions that give maximum impact and drive
metrics
Developing framework and mapping suitable analytics solutions to ensure that all required performance data can be reliably tracked and
reported on digital channels
Communicating analytics requirements and best practices to IT, transformation, vendors and functional product managers
Producing analytics audit reports for corrective or advanced tracking and data collection architectures, via the analytics suite for web and
mobile channels
Building strong relationships with marketing and product teams to identify digital analytics objectives and educate them on the
importance of online measurement
Own the website and mobile tagging platforms and work with vendors to ensure proper implementation of digital analytics and marketing
tags
Produce real-time dashboards and ad-hoc insights presentations using different data visualization tools
Generic:
Use Project Management tools for documentation and managing project tasks and timelines
Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of digital analytics to stakeholders
Contributing to a team environment, assisting with documentation, on-going education, and other impactful opportunities to contribute to
the overall digital analytics maturity
Being an advocate for data driven decision making and smarter marketing with data
Work with different stakeholders across the bank to increase digital analytics maturity and insights on different bank products and ensure
proper signoffs.
Ensure compliance with all CBK, GB operational procedures
Key Performance Indicators:
Realtime insights on website, app traffic for data-driven insights
Establish metrics about customer behavior on digital channels
Results around experimentation to optimize customer experience
Enhance the digital analytics maturity level
Education and Qualification:
Bachelor&rsquos degree
Knowledge:
Proven track record in digital marketing and onsite optimization tools.
Experience:
4-8 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital field.

Google Analytics IQ , CWA
