Qualifications
- University degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience in tech recruiting with multinational organizations.
- Strong interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to talk shop with technical people
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies and you are perfectly happy sourcing across digital platforms: Behance, GitHub, etc.
- Understanding of the roles to be hired e.g. Data Scientist, Data Engineers, Technology Consultant, Designers, Solution Architects, Software engineers, Digital Marketing Experts, Agile coach, Technical Leads similar tech/expert roles is preferred or excitement to learn
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Desire to continuously improve the way we hire, discover distinctive digital talent and to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Worked with an ATS in a high volume and detail oriented environment
- Fluent in English

You will be based in our Riyadh, Doha or Karachi offices as part of our Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa Digital & Analytics recruiting hub.
You will partner with Digital & Analytics leadership across the region to scope out requirements, interact with candidates and consulting with them on a potential career move.

You will be primarily responsible for driving and managing all aspects of recruiting for the digital and analytics service line in the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
In this role, you will apply best-in-class sourcing strategies to identify and source top digital talents across EEMA by leveraging all available direct search tools e.g. LinkedIn, X-Ray search, local and global job boards (Xing, Viadeo), professional communities (Behance, Dribble, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle) and social networks.
You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting results and disseminate all relevant information relating to your efforts including developing annual analysis of recruiting results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.
