ATM/ITM Transformation Technical Lead

Job Description

Job Purpose
Optimize both internal and external service delivery resources to ensure the ATM channel is meeting established service objectives and SLA's. This job's primary responsibility is to monitor ATM performance and identifying and implementing improvement plans to minimize service interruptions. This position is responsible for incident resolutions and overall ATM availability and quality of the provided service.
Job Accountabilities
a) Operational Support
. Oversee the operation of GB network consisting of around 310 ATMs (140 Onsite & 170 Offsite)
. Maximize availability and functionality of all onsite and offsite ATMs and reduce downtime through close monitoring of critical maintenance tickets and network related issues (in coordination with K-net)
. Identify low performing ATMs and ensure to implement best solutions to improve their performance / profitability
. Plan and manage the rollout & installation of new ATMs and work closely with branches to ensure 24/7 area is equipped with the right ATM models inline with branch , location and requirements and revamp / reallocate whenever required.
. Monitor cash movement to K-net on daily basis from GB central cash and record daily settlement reconciliation to keep track of ATMs cash utilization . Ensures the efficient operation of all ATM networks, ATM support infrastructure.
. Communicate any new ATM installation to all stake holders such as (MKT, IT, CPD, CPU, Security…) to ensure smooth installation at their systems
. Prepare periodic reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) for management regarding the utilization and performance of the ATM network
. Monitor ATM related GLs and coordinate with finance to resolve any discrepancies
b) Vendor Management
. Develop and evaluate new solutions/concepts/options for existing/new products within the ATM environment from operation perspective
. Manages ATM Vendor relationship to ensure customer service levels are met.
. Manages/Supports any terminal purchasing and negotiations.
. Track adherence to budgeting for the ATM AFE / EP
. Reconcile Knet monthly invoices and report any discrepancy.
c) Development and new initiatives
. Monitor competition as well as GB market share in terms of # of ATMs & number / value of transactions and keep the bank aware of emerging technologies
. Researches, analyzes and recommends enhancements to improve performance, or to troubleshoot operational or system problems
. Works closely with various internal and external stakeholders to launch any new or improved services or software / hardware upgrades
Education & Qualification
Bachelors degree or Equivalent experience
Knowledge
Good knowledge in the ATM field/ Consumer Banking Products and Customer segments. Analysis of all Sales related activities.
Experience
6+ years of experience in banking
