Salary:- 5,000.AED

Duties:

• Handle common queries or complaints in an efficient way to ensure maintaining the good reputation of the company.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• . Follow up with the patient throughout the entire sales process.
• . Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• . Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from Data management dept. on the Bitrix CRM system
• . Communicating with potential customers to provide information about a product or service
• . To provide all the information the customer needs about our products and services,
• · Gathering all customer-related information to finalize the agreement,
• · Preparing and sharing price offers for drug packages to patients,
• what do we offer?
• Communicate with potential leads through telephonic conversations and explain the company's products and offerings.
• Assist in building fruitful customer relationships by maintaining an up-to-date account database.

• – Strong relationships with customers

• – Flexible to work for extended hours
• Effective communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills.
• Adept in analyzing and implementing scripts for seamless communication.
• Proficient in script reading and delivery to convey accurate messages.
• Competent in communicating with clients and offering the required telemarketing assistance.
