Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the management of a variety of projects for corporate. Provides support through the planning and execution of these projects. Support may include establishing deadlines, assigning resources/responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Have experience leading and managing project teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes in order to meet the scope, schedule and budget
Have a strong understanding of all primary infrastructure disciplines such as roads, power, wet utilities and dry utilities and design principles
Have significant experience directing the planning, design, and construction of major mixed-use development projects
Have proven experience delivering projects in Abu Dhabi
Have proven experience managing the technical and commercial delivery of major projects
Understand Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the coordination process
Collaborate with all other disciplines to ensure the work is fully coordinated.
Attend and lead regular coordination meetings and special meetings as required.
Facilitate the technical review of all design submissions of the designs for the allocated project or projects and complete a review of related submittals
Be an excellent communicator with design professionals and with local authorities
Ideally have discipline-specific professional registration (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS)
