◾Administrative Assistant
◾Company : Arab Palestinian Investment Company – Amman, Jordan
◾Career Level: Junior (With some experience in the field)
#Responsibilities:
▪️Answer and direct phone calls.
▪️Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming & directing.
▪️Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
▪️Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
▪️Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails
▪️Maintain computer and manual filing systems
▪️Receiving the company’s mail and distribute it to related parties, dispatch the outgoing correspondence, and keep proper archives and log records for all in and out mail.
▪️follow up proper implementation of the local purchases and all logistics’ conformity with the purchase orders, issue receipts and coordinate relevant payments to suppliers with the finance department.
▪️Handling and tracking the petty cash.
▪️Perform financial responsibilities in relation to banking & credit control.
▪️Maintain and update the general address book of all contacts within the group and externally, that includes phone/fax numbers, emails, and courier mailing addresses.
▪️Coordinate directly with the public relations officer on his daily work agenda under supervision of the office manager.
▪️Coordinate special events of the group including business meetings, and special occasions.
▪️Perform basic travel arrangements & reservations.
▪️Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
#Requirements:
▪️BA in business Administration, English literature, or related field.
▪️Microsoft Office Skills
▪️Fluency in English language
▪️Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
