A leading company specializing in Transportation is looking for a “Fleet Supervisor” with the below requirement:
Main duties:
– Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet requirements internally with all relevant departments and with clients.
– Communicate with clients to ensure all transportation needs are met.
– Ensure and implement a safety-first culture.
– Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annually reports as needed
– Responsible for receiving daily or weekly requests from clients and coordinating with the drivers as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or any relevant degree.
– +2 years of experience in logistics or relevant industry.
– Ability to develop strong, value-added partnerships.
– Experience in Heavy Transport industry, preferably flatbeds, tippers, tankers,…
– Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
– Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements.
– Excellent communication skills and a high bar of accuracy and detail.
– Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
– Must independently work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
– Ability to perform multitasks and prioritize daily workload
– Ability to join us immediately.
