JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Image Coordinator, you will be processing and coordinating product images for the creative team while supporting 9 distinct brands across print and web channels. You will collaborate daily with the internal Creative and Merchandising teams to facilitate the image processing demands across all product categories.
* Coordinate and provide traffic control for end-to-end image processing on all product photography that is shot in-studio(s) and on-boarded from various Merchandising vendors. * Assign product codes to all in-coming photography and track the imaging development while communicating progress status and updates on when new images are ready for production. * Work closely with the Merchandise buying team to intake and coordinate all new photography requests for print and web channels as well as the tracking of product samples and their movement through the imaging process. * Attend individual catalog turn-over meetings and coordinate specific photography needs for catalogs following production schedules and deadlines. * Support an effective and efficient workflow process that supports photography for catalog production as well as website asset and product display page development. * Ensure that print and web production schedules are followed, and delays are communicated effectively to the teams or individuals that are impacted. * Collaborate and communicate daily with the creative team to develop and maintain photography shot lists and imaging schedules supporting print and web design execution. * Work closely with the photography studio(s) to follow shot lists and production demands. * Coordinate image color work with the Color Separator vendor to accommodate requested color changes/moves and outline work when needed. * Keep the Design Managers and Art Directors updated on imaging production and workflow disruptions. * Maintain organization of the Color Sample room and sample storage. * Respond to business changes and pivots throughout the year ensuring that deadlines are not compromised, and the work remains high quality. * Support training for new employees, as it pertains to image coordination. * Support adherence to established photography Style Guides across all brands. * Perform special projects and other support as needed. * Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Associate degree or higher in related field. * 2+ years of image coordination or project management with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Demonstrated ability to support the development and execution of response-driven marketing content.
