Roles and Responsibilities
The trainer will need to complete the following tasks: * Coordinate with the Protection and Youth Program Coordinator, Technical Advisor, the Senior and the Protection Officer and the other trainers for the delivery of the Face-to-Face training workshops following unified approach. * Attend preparatory and orientation meetings with RI relative staff to arrange for the delivery of the training workshops.
* Conduct 2 days training workshops on Antibullying, 6 training hours per day following Face to Face interactive approaches. The participants will include education personnel from RI and target schools, including school principals, school counsellors, and teachers.
* Meet the needs of participants taking into consideration individual differences among them.
* Show respect to all participants and respond professionally to their requests, comments and questions.
* Respect the training schedule and conduct planned activities and breaks on time.
* Set up training rules at the beginning of the training workshop and maintain tracking and following up these regulations and rules. * The trainer has to achieve the core training outcomes through implementing interactive training activities ensuring full engagement of each participant.
* Conduct pre assessment at the beginning of the training and the post assessments by the end of the training workshops.
* Deliver structured final report on the training, that reflect improvements in participant’s knowledge, skills and attitudes towards the training topics.

Qualifications,
Experience and Skills Required:
* Minimum university degree in Social Sciences, Psychosocial Support, Child Protection, or other relevant fields;
* Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in delivering training workshops using interactive training methods, international certified trainer will be considered as an added value.
* Extensive knowledge of MoE’s school violence incident reporting mechanism. * Demonstrated high level of professionalism and an ability to work independently and in high pressure situations.
* Excellent inter-personal communication skills including experience of facilitating training workshops and presentations.
* Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic. Excellent commanding of English language is a plus.
* Excellent experience in providing online training, with mastering the key digital skills.
