Job Description
Born in 2019, Mengloria is a contemporary men’s footwear brand with a global reach, offering an affordable luxury range of shoes in both timeless and modern styles via pop-up stores and online. Mengloria is operated from the head office in Dubai and a subsidiary office located in Amman.
Mengloria is seeking to hire Customer Service Representative .
Main Responsibilities :
*Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems by email, calls or through social media channels.
*Establish new customer accounts, recording and updating account information digitally.
*Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
*Assist the Marketing Team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders, sample requests, etc.)
Skills
Qualifications :
*Call center or customer service experience preferred
*Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
*Excellent communication skills
*Proficiency in English .
