Social Media Officer
Responsible for following up and communicating with clients’ needs and requirements, coordinate with the operations department, look for potential markets regarding our scope of work
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related fiel
• A minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing & Social media role.
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing and Social media best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management using tools and channels
• Familiarity with social media and platforms, such as Linked In, Twitter, Facebook,
• Instagram, YouTube, email Marketing Etc..
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Attend events and produce live social media content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Gender Female is a must
Administration Officer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• A minimum 5 years of experience in management as an admin officer role.
• Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of CEO
• Organize logistics and plan events
• Schedule necessary meetings
• Liaise between executives and employees/clients
• Generate regular reports and update databases
• Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism
• Commitment to efficiency a willingness to seek best practices in running the office
• Solid organizational and time management skill
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Gender Female is a must
Brokerage Officer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Hold open (all real estate) and coordinate all real estate inspections and showings.
• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.
• Meet with buyers and sellers to help reach their goals, including evenings and weekends
• Hold, or are actively working towards acquiring a real estate license.
• Properly prepare the necessary paperwork.
• Retain and keep knowledge up to date on Real Estate Markets and Best Practices.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
