Job Title: Validation/Qualification Engineer
Job Objectives
Ensure the compliance of qualification and validation activities with cGMP for the working equipment, instruments, systems, computer validation, mapping and other related studies.
Conduct and arrange the qualification and validation activities.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Issue and Follow-up on the qualification protocols and reports for the equipment/systems/instruments qualification, re-qualification, computer system validation and temperature mapping studies.
Assist in preparing the risk assessment studies that are related to the machines and systems to identify the potential risks and plan the appropriate measure to address the risk factors.
Ensure and follow-up on the temperature and relative humidity readings from the manufacturing plant, laboratories and warehouses that are under the GMP areas.
Issue the qualification deviation and out of limit reports and out of specifications investigations and complete the investigation until solving the reasons and cause.
Conduct the statistical studies for the data and trends analysis in order to define the problems and determine the gaps and solve the related issues and improve the system.
Education, experience, and skills required
Education:
• BSc. degree in Chemical, electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering or any other scientific related field.
Experience:
• At least 3 years in validation field (including machine qualification).
