Job Description
Job Brief:
Responsible for planning, developing and managing VAS/DCB portfolio and services including the participation in strategic project management, setting the requirements based on the market and technology capabilities, in addition to developing and implementing new creative revenue streams to achieve annual targets and distinguish Umniah from competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact with Umniah’s payment providers and aggregators
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting professional relationships with business partners
- Help to improve existing business cases and profitability through negotiating commercial terms
- Explore and identify market opportunities and take the initiative to create value when adding new products into Umniah’s product portfolio
- Prepare product presentations, business forecasts and profitability analysis
- Conduct or direct the internal investigation of (marketing) compliance issues
- File reports, manage licenses and respond to queries with regulatory agencies/ parties
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulatory changes, trends, best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes
- Own the implementation of any necessary product or process changes
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc progress reports
