Job Description
Job Purpose:
Supervise RVO Sales Representatives and follow-up their sales activities, ensuring their accomplishment to daily sales targets, develop sales representatives and direct them, coach them to develop the sales volume and areas through a set of sales development plans to increase number of customers, in addition to improving productivity and distribution.
Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, 2 of which as Sales Supervisor.
FMCG Experience is a must.
