Position Summary:
Enthusiastically answering all calls made to property and communicating with guests and departments to best answer the questions and concerns of callers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Promotes superior guest service.
* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
* Communicates effectively and efficiently with callers and other departments within the company. * Answers questions regarding the property, departments, promotions, events, etc.
* Actively promotes the property and events to encourage guests to initiate or continue visitation.
* Resolves caller issues/concerns and works directly with Player Development Supervisor to receive guidance when necessary.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent. * One year of Call Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office Operations or related guest service experience.
* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
* Intermediate typing skills. * Strong communication skills. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment when on the casino floor.
* Must be willing to adhere to company safety measures in response to COVID-19 (wear a facface mask and social distance).
