Petra Drug Store, proudly serving healthcare professionals since 1962, has a vacancy for a Jr. logistics Officer as below:
Responsibilities:
Follow up the logistics of ordering and clearance of pharmaceutical and medical devices and ensure its proper delivery to the stores.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers via phone and e-mail.
Prepare all documents needed for customs and JFDA clearance purposes.
Continuous update of medical supplies information on Oracle.
Filing of logistics department paperwork.
Requirements:
BA in logistics or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English language is a must
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Focused, accurate and can excel under pressure
Excellent Skills in Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint
