Call Center Agent as per the following:
Main Duties:
– Answer Customer inquiries with politeness, professionalism, and in accordance with the unified guidelines
– Respond to Customer complaints with high professionalism, calmness and understanding
– Escalate any unsolved Customer complaints and/or problems
– Adhere to the shift schedules (Morning, evening & night shifts), working office conditions includes irregular working hours
Qualifications:
– Education: Diploma in English Literature / Business Administration or any related field
– Professional Experience: 0-3 years of working experience in call center field
– Language: Fluent in English & Arabic, other languages will be valuable
– IT: Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
– Positive communication style, interpersonal skills and team work oriented
– Behavioral evaluative and socially confident
– Energetic, resilient, results oriented, detail conscious & problem solver
