Job Title: Sales Engineer
Section: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering

• Sales Engineer is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.
• Managing sales value, sales quality, product consistency and delivery
responsibilities
1. Presenting and selling the company's products and services to existing and potential customers.
2. Define sales forecasts and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
3. Preparing sales quotations and sales contracts.
4. Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
6. Preparing paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
7. Identify and solve client problems.
8. Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closing and follow-up
9. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade fairs and other marketing events.
10. Follow up on order collection and customer payment.
11. Provide on-the-job training for new sales staff.
